Program Description: When you submit an inquiry, you are opting in to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) regarding health insurance quotes, plan availability, and follow-up consultations.
Consent: Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You are providing express written consent to be contacted by Elin Health LLC specifically.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your insurance application, but typically will not exceed 5 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
